Beavers Hockey Club
Established in 2018 the Beavers Hockey Club skates exclusively out of Planet Ice Delta. The Beavers Hockey Club has teams in the 2016 Birth Year all the way up to the 2011 Birth Year. The Beavers Hockey Club prides itself on giving players access to coaches that they would not have the opportunities to train with in minor hockey programming.

- The Beavers HC Have A Provincial Championship from the 21/22 Season won by the 2013 Beavers HC
- The 2009 Beavers HC were finalist in the 21/22 Provincial Championships
- The 2015 Beavers HC won the Ice Palace Showcase Tournament in January of 2022 at the West Edmonton Mall
- The 2012 Beavers HC won the Challenge Cup Tournament at Sun Peaks Resort in February 2022
- The Beavers HC Have Two Provincial Championships from the 22/23 Season won by the 2013 Beavers HC and 2012 Beavers HC
- The 2013 Beavers HC were the Regular Season League Champions in 23/24

Bandits Hockey Club
Established in 2018 the Bandits Hockey Club has shared time skating out of Planet Ice Delta and Planet Ice Coquitlam. However the Bandits HC look to make a move out to the Fraser Valley for the 23/24 season with each team looking to practice in Langley one day a week. The Bandits Hockey Club has teams in the 2016 Birth Year all the way up to the 2011 Birth Year.

- The 2011 Bandits HC were finalists in the HPL provincial championship in 2022
- The 2013 Bandits were finalists in the Challenge Cup at West Edmonton Mall in November 2022
- The 2015 Bandits were finalists in the Ice Palace Showcase Tournament at West Edmonton Mall in January 2023
- The 2014 Bandits were finalists in the Challenge Cup Tournament in Vancouver over Family Day Weekend 2023
- The 2015 Bandits were finalists in the HPL Cup in Vancouver March 2023

Flyers Hockey Club
Established in 2018 the Flyers Hockey Club skates exclusively out of Planet Ice Coquitlam. However the Flyers HC are looking at adding an additional practice a week in Burnaby for the 23/24 season with each team looking to practice in Burnaby one day a week. The Flyers Hockey Club has teams in the 2016 Birth Year all the way up to the 2011 Birth Year.

Island Wolves
Established in 2020 the Island Wolves represent the entirety of Vancouver Island. The Island Wolves started with a single team and in the 22/23 season saw four teams representing Vancouver Island. The Island Wolves will have teams in the 2015 Birth Year all the way up to the 2011 Birth Year next season.

- The 2013 Island Wolves won the Ice Palace Showcase Tournament playing a year up at the West Edmonton Mall in January 2022
- The Island Wolves Have A Provincial Championship from the 22/23 Season won by the 2010 Island Wolves
- The 2014 Island Wolves won the Ice Palace Showcase Tournament playing a year up at the West Edmonton Mall in January 2024
Lumberjacks Hockey Club
Established in 2018 the Lumberjacks Hockey Club has shared time skating out of Planet Ice Delta and Planet Ice Coquitlam. The Lumberjacks HC have won three provincial championships over the past two seasons, as well as four Challenge Cup tournaments over the past two seasons battling the best teams in the HSL. The Lumberjacks Hockey Club will have teams in the 2016 Birth Year all the way up to the 2011 Birth Year for the upcoming 2023/2024 season.

Okanagan Knights
Established in 2020 the Okanagan Knights represent the entirety of the Okanagan Area. The Knights started with two teams in the 20/21 season and in the 22/23 season saw four teams representing the Okanagan. The Okanagan Knights will have teams in the 2015 Birth Year all the way up to the 2011 Birth Year next season.

Washington Wolverines
Established in 2022 the Washington Wolverines represent the entirety of Washington State. The Wolverines started with two teams in the 22/23 season with the 2010 Washington Wolverines being named HPL Regular Season League Champions. The Washington Wolverines will look to have 4 teams next season from the 2015 Birth Year all the way up to the 2011 Birth Year.

Greater Vancouver Bulldogs
The Greater Vancouver Bulldogs are made up of players across the Greater Vancouver Area and their home arena is at Burnaby Scotiabarn. The Bulldogs have six teams playing in HPL for the 24/25 season. The Bulldogs will have teams in the 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, and 2012 Birth Years this season.

- The 2012 GV Bulldogs won the Ice Palace Showcase Tournament playing a year up at the West Edmonton Mall in January 2024
Island Surge
The Surge are in their second season in HPL Hockey and they have two teams for the 24/25 hockey season the Island Surge are made up of players across the south of Vancouver Island. The Surge will have teams playing in the 2015 and 2012 birth years for the 24/25 season.
Coyotes HC
The Coyotes HC are in their second season of HPL Hockey and their teams are made up of players across the lower mainland and operate as an independent program inside of HPL Hockey. The Coyotes have two teams playing in the 24/25 season in the 2013 and 2012 Birth Years.
Kings Hockey Club
New to HPL Hockey for the 24/25 hockey season the Kings Hockey Club are made up of players across the Prince George area and operate as an independent program inside of HPL Hockey. The Kings have one team playing in the 24/25 season in the 2014 Birth Year.
